Fees:
The clinic is not contracted with any insurance companies or third-party payers, including Medicare. We are a fee for service practice. This is to preserve the physician-patient relationship and provide optimal quality of care.
MASKING: A word on masking. We ask that everyone mask in common areas of the clinic, to provide a safe healthcare environment for all of our patients. We strive to protect patients who are vulnerable to serious complications should they be exposed to, then subsequently develop COVID. Infections can occur in people despite being up to date with their COVID vaccines. Long COVID can develop following one or more COVID infections, which can be a life altering health condition. Patients already struggling with Long Covid must be careful to avoid a repeat infection that could further aggravate their condition. Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy/radiation, patients with EBV/HHV6 (possible reactivation by COVID) and patients with ME/CFS are all at higher risk for more serious complications from an acute infection and possible long term health problems. Please remember that our clinic sees many of these more vulnerable patients, and that someone may be immunocompromised even if they look “normal.” Thank you kindly for your assistance!
